In response to a query from Phil Collins about rhinitis,
or what I thought was a common cold picked up from playing with five grandchildren
and who always seem to have a runny nose, I do have one suggestion which
I find effective, namely the use of a nose spray called HYDRASENSE.
In rereading the box it comes in there is a statement
that its use " relieves excessive mucus accumulation by clearing
nasal cavities congested by colds, allergies, sinusitis, and rhinitis."
I have been using it for a couple of years after a recommendation
by my GP.
It is available over the counter at most drugstores in
our nation's capital. It is imported however from France and I am not sure
if it is available in the "Excited" States. Perhaps other members of PIEN
are aware of this product??
Hope this helps.
