Hello Cecil, and welcome to the group.

Regarding progression,  I've heard that there are in general two
types of PD -- the type in which tremor is an early symptom,  and
the type in which tremor does not appear or appears late.  The
tremor type tends to progress more slowly.  That's what I have, and
I continued to work in a stressful desk job for ten years following
my diagnosis at age 52.

What are your medications and schedule?
