Dear Ms. Testa,

Thanks so much for signing and taking the time both to write to me and to
work to bring additional sigantures to the petition. We will proabaly pull
the accumulated signatures at the end of Feb or the first week in March.
Whatever you can do to increase the awareness of the existence of the
petition would be more than appreciated.

Also, we intend to let new signatures accumulate after we pull the plug on
the existing batch and send them, hardcopy and email, to the president. That
way if he delays further we can send those additional signatures, or if a
bill is introduced in congress on stem calls, we can use the signatures to
influence the debate that is sure to follow.

I hope this helps, and thank you again,

Greg Wason
