We will proabaly pull the accumulated signatures at the end of Feb or the first week in March. Whatever you can do to increase the awareness of the existence of the petition would be more than appreciated. Also, we intend to let new signatures accumulate after we pull the plug on the existing batch and send them, hardcopy and email, to the president. That way if he delays further we can send those additional signatures, or if a bill is introduced in congress on stem calls, we can use the signatures to influence the debate that is sure to follow.
