cross-posted Topic: Prominent Name Signs Petition - Ole Isacson Author: GregM Posted: February 26, 2001 03:54 PM Folks, Although the accelerated rate of signings and the 50-sig. viewing limit has now pushed it from visibility at this time, after a direct appeal last night, Ole Isacson appears as signature #5618 on the petition. As you know, Dr. Ole Isacson of Harvard made the dramatic annoucememnt, along with Dr. Robert Baker, while at the Americian Academy for the Advancement of Science convention in SF last week, that each had independently "cured" Pd in lab animals. This was perhaps the most dramatic news yet for both PD and other neurological disease suffers and their loved ones.
