Thanks for the response.  That is the same dose of sinemet that i take and
i'll ask my Doc about the remeron.
Also glad to know i'm not going nuts being chased all night in my sleep.
How long have you had PD? and how are you doing with it now?  This whole
thing is very new to me.   Good luck.   Diane
