Hi Nancy I too have tried Requip, Sinemet, Mirapex, and Permax - would like to read more of your study. For me the tremors are becoming unmanageable with .05 mg Permax, 4 times a day, and 25/100 Sinemet 3 times daily. If you and others can help, please tell me. Many thanks. Fleurette
