Hi Nilo,

I too keep Excel spread sheets. As a matter of fact when I saw my new neuro,
he was so delighted with it that he
just became absorbed in it and took notes.
He said, this is beautiful, I see this a lot with Engineers, I am a software
developer. But that is the only way to go.
I had one with colors for every fifteen minutees showing how I was feeling.
At any rate,  you are on the right track.
