Camilla and List: Last year I wrote Alabama Senators Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions, and Representative Bob Riley requesting support of embryonic stem cell research. Results: No response from Jeff Sessions. Non-committal response from Richard Shelby, worded in such manner as to indicate non support. Strongly worded response from Bob Riley. He is very much against such research. He does support adult stem cell research, which "avoids the moral and ethical debates." I have not yet received a response to my 02/12/01 letter to President Bush. Dave Bergford
