Good Morning All,
While looking at the Sinemet site in response to Phil's "Fundamental
Question", I remembered their resource on ADL.

What are “Activities of Daily Living?”
If you have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, there are
times when you may experience difficulty with certain base activities
that you once considered routine. These activities are referred to as
Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
http://www.sinemetcr.com/hcp/adlhome.htm

Go to the site and click on any of these for TIPS....

Tremor
 Freezing
 Dressing
 Walking
 Handwriting
Turning in bed and adjusting bedclothes
 Swallowing
 Cutting food and handling utensils
 Salivation
 Hygiene and dental care
 Falling
 Speech
 Sensory complaints

Please note that while this is not a comprehensive list of all activities
performed on a daily basis, these are the more common ADL affected by
Parkinson’s disease. You should also be aware that not everyone living
with Parkinson’s disease experiences difficulties with ADL. However, if
you do have any trouble with one or more of these activities, you
should talk to your doctor about it. By keeping a record
of any changes in your ability to perform these activities, you and your
doctor can make adjustments needed to optimize your course of
treatment.

Cheers ........ murray
