Oh, Kathrynne, you can't imagine how happy I was to
see your name on the screen.  I have someone coming in
to help me at home, and we are desperate for your
cookbook right now!  Please tell me how to get it
FAST.  Too much writing to say why the hurry.  Dare I
ask that you put one in the mail with a bill, which
will be PROMPTLY paid?
