Many congratulations to those of you who put together the symposium in Houston. It was beautifully done and everything ran according to schedule. The speakers were very informative and patient with those of us who asked numerous questions. If any of you have not yet met Kathrynne Holden, our resident nutritionist, you must. You will be in for a treat. She is a very lovely lady (and tiny). She spoke clearly and precisely, so everyone could understand her perfectly. The time for questions and answers was very limited, so she went out into the hall, where 20 or more people gathered around her to continue the questions. She was very gracious and responded to each one. I found that some of the answers she gave other people, actually answered some that I had. I can't wait to get her book. Again, thanks for all the hard work that went into making this symposium so successful.
