Hi Donna-- has she seemed to have low blood pressure? This is common with
PD and can be severe when rising from a sitting position--sudden drop
(orthostatic hypotension) can occur and cause a fall.  If you can specify
the kinds of falls, when they happen, you may get more helpful replies.  At
25 years, it is common to have falls, and Peter's neuro has said he should
use his walker, because at his stage (12 yrs) adjusting meds won't help
much with falling.   There is a "U-Step" walker designed especially for
PWPs which is said to be more stable--
