Hi Ivan S

I am 51, pd 17years, 25/100 14years, than pre. 2nd pallidotomy my
nurosurgeon ( DR Iacona Loma Linda htt://www.pallidotomy.com he is the best
in his feld).
took me off 25/100 and put me on 10/100, what a difference. my dyskinesia
all but disappeared, i felt much better. I can take more 10/100 to control
my PD with no side effects.
Yes I think 350mg. of Carbidopa is way to much. NO more than 70-100 mg. per.
day.
The CR 25/100 made me so dyskinetic I could not function. I got off them
real fast. Many can not tolerate CR I am told
Sleep is always a problem, I frequently get up in the middle of the night
take a 10/100 and sit in my hot tub until
I relax and can go back to sleep. Works for me.
This is only my experience on these matters.
I do know the Pallidotomy helped me very much, every thing from walking,
turning in bed, showring, getting dressed, jist feel better over all. If you
want to know more about my experience with my 2 Pallidotomy's contact me
direct if you want.

Hope this helps. Burdette Anderson
