I'm just a mechanic, no medical background, but it seems to me that if you don't drink enough water to eliminate wastes then you might just sweat 'em out and smell like your meds, your diet, your ingestion whatever it might be..... A simple test would be to try drinking 8 glasses of water a day for a few weeks and see if there is a change....
