I was asked to share this information with the group. Michel -------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Connie and Jack (Tate)'s daughter Nancy. My Mom asked that I e-mail you and let you know that my Dad fell this morning and broke his hip. He tried to get up on his own this morning and could not and fell. He was transported by the paramedics to emergency and although not complaining of more pain than when he fell on Thursday they found that he had broken his hip. They transported him to a hospital about 45 minutes away from where we live and are scheduled to do a partial hip replacement surgery Wednesday morning. The upper hip was crushed too much to be able to use pins. Mom is staying at a motel close by to be with him. She went off mail for right now since she will not be on the computer and asked for me to pass this on to you as she knew you would pass this on to the others on the list.
