this new aspect of peter's is still niggling at the back of my mind...
can you trace things back to where he was not falling?

was there a med change or some other change about then?

you also mention hallucinations -
it does sound like there's a med interaction or something going on -
maybe the neuro needs a fresh point of view?

i don't think exercise can help with stability
especially when there's no warning

i do believe that balance problems have a whole nuther source
than simply 'frailty'
