Bush Administration Surprisingly OKs Medical Privacy Rules
The Bush Administration baffled pundits and defied predictions when it
decided to allow sweeping privacy regulations drafted under the Clinton
Administration to take effect. Once they become law, the new
regulations will grant patients more control over their medical records.
