Michael, We have been going to Dr. Rao since July 2000 for my mom who has PD. Since going to him, her meds have been modified and tweaked and she is doing much better than she was while seeing her regular neurologist. We are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the manner in which he treats his patients. You may have to wait for several hours in the waiting room to see him, but once you get in he stays with you as long as you need. No pressure to hurry up and get through your appointment - he listens to everything you and your family have to say and answers all your questions. People come from throughout the southeast US to see him. We highly recommend him.
