You are asking difficult questions, but the response depends to some extent
upon the unique experience of the individual responder with the disease, but
mainly upon the heart of the responder.  Knowing you through this list, I
would probably start with a big hug and then I would probably give you a big
kiss.  Yet it also depends upon you too, your mood, your mien, a smile,
or a growl, receptivity...
