The Neurology special issue with the PD Algorithm from '98 is the later edition I think. We had an earlier one from '94, and Peter's neuro gave us the '98 issue. I also recommend it highly--it is very inclusive and worth while. We had tried to order a copy without success, so appreciated the gift from his neuro.
