Hello I ran into similar effects with Permax, and when I reported the problem to my neuro, he prescribed Sinemet along with the Permax. He explained the problem saying that the Parkinson caused the anxiety attacks, and that I had to take both. It worked. VIP not to forget medication (in my case every four hours) .
