Don't know if this is PD related but it's time to share symptoms. Several times in the midst of a deep sleep I have wakened strangling on acidic stomach fluids that just wells up in my throat; no heartburn, no indigestion, no undigested food. I've started taking Maalox before retiring so we'll see if that helps; also omitting bed-time snacks.
