Dear Bernie, Whoops! I had retyped John Rogers' message from PAN because of my past misadventures with cutting and pasting. With the slip of my tremor finger on the spell-checker, "Defense Neurotoxin Exposure Treatment" turned into "Defense Neurotic Exposurer Treatment"! Maybe it was some kind of Freudian gremlin revealing my peacenik subconscious. Anyway, thanks for your sharp eyes and I apologize for the error.
