Dear E,
I had mono when I was about twenty. At twenty-two or so I went over my
bike's handlebars and got a concussion. At about thirty yrs I became a
carpenter and stained miles of siding with an insecticide additive called
Di-all (quite appropriate, don't you think). I did construction work for
17 years and was exposed to solvents, caulks, that awful glue the plumbers
use, etc.
My earliest symptom, a tremor in my left index finger, appeared years
before I quit doing physical labor. I had to give that up at about age 47
and was diagnosed at about age 51. I will be 54 in July.
Also, my father and one of his brothers also had PD.
I think this is a great idea. I'll be looking forward to reading other's
stories.

Sue
