Dabu and all. George has the swollen leg problem. Walking is sometimes not a reality for him. neither was a stationary bike. He had used pedals with a resistence setting on it in PT So we checked health care suppliers. This is just a frame with pedals that sits on the floor in front of a regular straight backed chair, wheelchair, etc. You can sit and pedal as long as you wish .This is what Geo does for excercise when he is not up to walking. It really works.They are available in all the health care catalogs too. In fact they are cheaper in the catalogs han what we paid in the supply store.
