Sue, I appreciate the commiseration, especially on a nice gray rainy day here! The walking thing seems to make all worse by the end of the day for me. I use a parkinsons dog for my weekly trips to town, errands, and also for around the place at home. I try to stay as active as possible (but you notice that I didn't say anything about "running" errands ). I too spend a lot of time sitting in front of the "confuser" - The feet up and a good nap are the only things that seem to help, but my wife won't let me get away with to much of that ! Thanks!
