Quite possibly---there are several PD+ syndromes, and they tend not to
respond to meds, and to progress more quickly than PD.  If you like I can
send you posts about PD+ so you will be more informed when you see the MDS.
If true, it is not good news, unfortunately.   There are a number of CGs on
CARE dealing with this, so why not post your questions there?  Also check
the CARE website, listed in my signature.
