I don't remember how long it took John to reach 6mg/day but he did not show any improvement until he reached 8-9mg/day. No need to hurry, it may work yet. If it does not, there is still Permax, Mirapex as agonists and it seems you can switch to an equivalent dosage. Most PWPs find the right med and dosage. This does not means the combination lasts forever. Everyone is different but if Gordie does not have any bad side effects, he may as well go on increasing Requip slowly. Some people are on 24mg/day ( but he should find some improvement before that).
