Jack, this if from "anti-meds", Rayilyn, meds that don't make you feel better, so I'm biased. I know some people are helped at least for awhile and you've got try them to find out, but I refuse to go thru this kind of experimentation if it isn't helping. I went thru this with my first incurable disease, ovarian cancer, and I won't do it again. How long since you were you diagnosed?. Everyone seems to be so different in their symptoms, reaction to meds and progression of this awful disease. I exercise a lot and just struggle with it. I'll probably die on my treadmill or in my pool.
