Herb, If you feel SInemet will help you why not just get your doctor to prescribe it? I really think a lot of the hype about the sinemet "boogie-man" are unfounded. Everybody is different and you won't know what works for you until you try it. I've been on sinemet for 13 years and couldn't do without it. I don't think occasional use will help, nor is recommended.
