Herb, I took sinemet for years on an "as needed basis" to control my tremors, I could see no reason to take sinemet if I wasn't using my hands. I took about 3 to 6 tablets a week. I would take a 25/100 when I paid our bills, drive the car, sew, cut my husbands hair. I took sinemet that way with my neurologists approval for over 15 years.
