Mitzy is her name. She is afraid of men. Vivian gets mad when I call her that. Anyway, Vivian gets letters now and then about health things. They say that pets such as labradors, retrievers, and beagles are good for people like us. They give a lot of love and look after us. After being here for 3 years, Mitzy lets me pet her, but only when Mom (Vivian) is around. She likes to be outside, but will come in about every half an hour and look for me and then she will go outside again. Even if she won't let me pet her, she still looks out for me. So that shows you how dogs are good for people who are sick. They have a lot of love in them. She is a tree climber. When i can send a picture, I will show you how she gets up in our tree. And she is our guard dog too. I would be lost without her. Just a tidbit to talk about. So get a pet for lots of love. Cats too. I.Y.Q.
