Hi Hongxing,
What age of students are you considering? There are two
periodical publications which publish young people's writing; I
believe they are for high school level, and perhaps also
undergraduate university. One is called "In to print" or "Into Print" or
maybe even "In 2 Print" and the other is "The Claremont Review."
I'm not sure, but I think they are Canadian publications. These
might have something.
