Hi, Everyone, Just to let you know that copies of the survey were sent to Mario and Michiel late yesterday afternoon. I'm waiting for confirmation. Michiel will critique, make changes he deems necessary, etc. When he is finished, he will send the survey to Mario who will enter the numbering system of his choice to go along with the spread sheet(s). When Mario is finished, the survey will return to me one more time. If we all agree the survey is a go, copies will be sent to Michiel, Mario(if changes occur)PIEN, Maryse who will translate a French copy, and Barbara Patterson. If there's anyone else out there who wants to translate a copy, please let me know. There are no boundaries for the PD demon. It invades in every language. What we need to discover are the similarities we share! Whether you complete the survey on your own or have the assistance of a caregiver/family member, we urge you to participate. It will take a bit of time, and it asks some pertinent questions. Your name appears only once, and Barbara will remove that. Your privacy(and ours)is essential. Aside from your personal commitment to complete the survey, we need to contact those who have no PC's. If you know of someone or of a support group in your area, please invite him/her/them to join us. A downloaded copy can be given to them, and they can make additional copies for themselves. There are also a number of PD organizations whose memberships should also be notified. I will indicate the WHEN TO DO IT. Do I have a volunteer who will make the contacts?
