Hi Edith, Is it too much trouble to reply on somebodies e-mail with sending the survey? All the list members get a letter in which they are asked to apply for a survey. They leave the body of the E-mail empty. At the subject they fill in : send survey. It needs a little more explanation, but I hope the basics are clear. If you need any help, let me know.
