Dear list members, Lupe McCann, who recently joined this list and has been a dedicated Parkinson's advocate for many years, will be undergoing DBS surgery on Monday in New York City. She asked me to let you all know about it, and to ask for your prayers and thoughts for her on Monday. Even with her upcoming surgery, Lupe has been working non-stop to advance Parkinson's funding and political action, and to implement a network of Parkinson's advocates throughout New York State. I'm sure she would enjoy hearing from as many of you as possible. I'll print out all list messages for her, and send them to her next week.
