Hi Ben,

I don't know about dates etc...but I would think they were helpfull, But I
can tell you something that is good, and that is rubarb. That red stalk veg,
or is it a friuit, anyway my wife makes sauce with it and I eat in on whole
grain bread which  is toasted and buttered. ummmm mmmm good, and it will
help to stimulate your G.I. system. I am very serious about this, it works
well for me.
