My solu- tion (I'm sure) isn't going to be everybody's "cup of tea." Since I live in the eastern time zone and my travel always takes me west and not east, what I do is to simply keep my body on an eastern time zone schedule: Granted, that means that when I'm on the west coast, I go to bed around 8 or 9 and get up every morning at 3. But, as I usu- ally take my laptop with me, there are always a ton of e-mails that need answers. And, it is quite amazing how fast the 'Net is at 3 a.m. :-) Now if I ever travel east, I think I may be SOOL. 6 a.m. eastern is 11 a.m. in the UK! As to the other point, I am just in the starting phases of balance problems and, as yet, have no advice :-( Just my $).02, FWIW ... Bill-- ...who asks "Is there another word for synonym?" ___ ..
