Eva.....for the timing of medication,  use two watches......adjust the first
watch to tell time in each  new time zone and NEVER change the time on the
second watch....by never changing the original home time on the second
watch, it  allows you to take your medications as if you were at home in
your normal time zone.....you might want to try Radio Shack for a watch with
an alarm on it for those middle of the night doses....believe the watch is
about $20.. as far as balance, you might want to try and use a
"free-standing" cane....one with the four feet on the bottom of it like
stroke patients use for balance/support....and above all get plenty of rest
which is hard to do on a trip....but fatigue intensifies pd symptoms....have
