A Swedish firm makes an excellent medication compliance watch with 2 time zone settings and 6 alarms for each. It is called the Medos watch, and is available from www.epill.com. It costs somewhere between $100-150, and has both audible and vibration alarm settings. I have had mine for about 1.5 years. In that time it has required 1 $8 battery and is going strong. Before buying it I did an exhaustive search of the internet for vibration alarm watches (my personal preference). As of 1.5 years ago, this was the ONLY watch of it's kind on the market. There were several cheap ones [and I do mean "cheap"...] such as the radioshack version, and a couple high end ones that were $300+. The Medos is an EXCELLENT watch; I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone who needs to be reminded 6 times a day to take their meds... I know I do! I think this watch could be what you need, Eva.
