Folks,

I was advised by those who are in the know  that when you call your Senator or
Rep's office to tell them you want  them to support the stem cell issue, that helps
 but you really should take it further.

Each Senator and each Representative has Aides/Assistants in his/her office.
 [If you watch the show  "West Wing" on NBC TV, you already know how these
Aides/Assistants work to advise the President]. These  are people they choose
 to be around them to advise them. There job is  to gather  information and to
inform him on particular issues. Each office will have a specific Aide/Assistant
for Health issues...this is the guy to educate and  convince. This is the guy to
get to understand the real issue. Convincing an Assistant to a Senator is one
step better than a letter or a phone call to go into a "count pile".
