Ervin,
     It has been a while ..... I'm still  off the sinemet and  eldeprenel,
and cooking right along. Really keep improving within certain bounds - I
upped the  Q-10 a bit and unless stressed, the tremors are gone.

Have you  found anything that is helping you? - there is no way that I would
go back, Rob
