Jacob,

I also believe the same, that the ones receiving placebo did not get any
benefit. When I had talked to my Mum's Dr., he said that they (Amgen) will
be making a decision anytime soon about whether to go into Phase III or not.
I personally believe that they will. The results for Phase II were only very
recently 'unblinded'. So we shall have to see when Phase III begins and see
about getting into it. One thing that  Amgen had told me when I had made
some inquiries is that, Phase III will allow for more participants and with
more relaxed criteria than Phase II assuming they go into Phase III.

I believe it is one of the most promising potential treatments to date for
PD.
