Forums to focus on Parkinson's July 17, 2001 The Michigan Parkinson Initiative is holding a series of open forums to discuss Parkinson's disease. They are: Aug. 7: In Alpena at Education Services District Building, 2188 U.S.-23 South at 1 p.m. Aug. 10: In St. Joseph at Fredrick S.
