They ARE responsible, since they allowed the virus to become
attached by opening an attachment and/or failing to use an anti-virus
program.  They are not to be "blamed", but they *are responsible*.

The "responsible" thing to do, if you have the virus, is to stop
posting until you get rid of the virus from your machine.  The other
thing is take preventive measures in order to avoid re-infection.
