Hi!!! I'm a 17 year old amateur researcher from New York inspired by my
ailing grandma to help others with PD. I'm looking to compile a research
paper to be submitted to the Intel Science Talent Search (previously through
Westinghouse). The title of my paper is Behavioral and Attitudinal Effects
of Youth and General Onset Parkinson's Disease. My only problem is, since
the paper is survey based, I need people with YOPD and PD to fill it out. I
was wondering if anyone in the forum would want to fill it out. I don't
want, nor need any names of individuals and the information you provide will
only be seen by myself and a few teachers in my school helping me out. The
survey can be sent via e mail, confidentially. It has come to my attention
that many people are afraid of viruses on the internet. For this reason,
instead of attaching the file to an e mail, I will just put the survey in an
e mail. Anyone interested just write back. Nice to meet you all. Thank you
