 Thats great you had such a good experience with excess hydration. We find
also that water through the day is very important just for general function.
I find Quinine Sulfate is really good for night time leg cramps plus taking
of CAL/Mag. supplement.
So dont apologize for bringing ;up or stop thinking about things that work
even if they only work for you.  The doctors dont know all and quite often
are only guessing or practicing their way through treatments involving PD.
