Nothing, no improvement at all. <<< The first six years after being diagnosed with PD, I -subsequently or combined- used Permax, Eldepryl, Sinemet CR, Symmetrel, Tremblex, Amitryptilyne, Requip. Hardly any positive effects. And of course lots of side-effects. Now I use regular Sinemet and -combined with domperidon- it works (in relatively high doses and every 3.5 hrs) with only a few side-effects. But at first -the first 8 months I took it- it also didn't work. Then finally it all of a sudden started working (don't ask me why, but I'm glad it did). Never give up!!
