I am not sure what clonazepam is or what it does, but I have my husband on
(1) 25/100 and (1) 50/200 sinemet every four hours starting at 6:00 a.m. and
ending
at 6:00 p.m. Along with a stool softner and (2) Benedrile (sp) at night.
This
seems to take care of the constipation from the meds and he is sleeping 9 -
10
hours straight through the night. I also have him in Overnight Depends at
night.

Normally, they want you to be off the sinemet during the night to let it get
out of
your system. Otherwise, I find my husband has a lot of confusion. It is a
problem
to monitor his mobilization and confusion and adjust the medication
accordingly.

Hope this provides some help. Does anyone else have problems adjusting the
meds?

Marlene
