Margery: My Neurologist who is a biggie in the Movement Disorder world
believes the following;
3200 i.u.daily vitamin E
3000 vitamin C
Agonist over Sinemet for as long as is comfortable

My other Neurologist who is just a regulare Neuro adds Beta Carotene and
something called Stresstab which among other things gives B vitamins

On my own (with concurrence from both) I added 200 mcg Selenium and various
amounts of CO Q10. At the moment I am taking 300 mg/day

Add all that to PD meds, Calcium, Glucosamine/Condroitin (sp?) and something
for memory (as I sit here I forget its name and am too lazy to go look....so
much for memory and energy supplements), And it needs a whole glass of OJ in
the morning to get down. Conventional wisdom is that grape juice has better
antioxidant supply, but you only live once and I like OJ better.
